ServiceNow ITOM Architect

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Event Management Architect to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow SaaS-based ITOM Event Management solutions.

The ideal candidate will act as a technical SME and thought leader , translating business requirements into scalable, high-availability enterprise solutions while ensuring best practices across architecture, governance, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow ITOM Event Management.
• Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring tools such as:
• Splunk
• AppDynamics
• Using SNMP traps, REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and MID Server.
• Develop and maintain:
• Alert correlation
• Deduplication and suppression logic
• Design and optimize:
• Impact maps
• Ensure CMDB integrity and alignment with CSDM standards .
