Overview

We are seeking a Principal ServiceNow ITOM Consultant to lead ITOM architecture and delivery, with a strong focus on automation, AI, and intelligent operations. This role requires a senior expert who can combine deep hands-on ITOM experience with strategic advisory capability to drive operational maturity and business value.

Responsibilities

• Act as the principal authority for ServiceNow ITOM delivery
• Lead ITOM architecture across Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and AIOps
• Design and deliver end-to-end ITOM solutions aligned to business outcomes
