ServiceNow ITSM Architect Location: Montreal / Mirabel | Work Model: [Hybrid] Role Summary We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Architect to design, architect, and lead the implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow ITSM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ITSM processes, ServiceNow platform architecture, CMDB, integrations, and ITIL best practices. Key Responsibilities Architect and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and CMDB. Define platform architecture, governance standards, workflows, and integration strategies. Lead solution design, technical reviews, and platform optimization initiatives. Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, LDAP, and SSO. Drive CMDB governance, Discovery, and Service Mapping initiatives.
