Responsibilities
- Implement Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management modules.
- Configure Service Catalogs and workflow automation.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Support ITIL process improvements and governance.
- Collaborate with telecom operations and service delivery teams.
