Looking for hands on working experience in CSM including Customer Portal functionality — this is a mandatory skill. Experience with FSM and RSM is a plus
Minimum of 7+ experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.
Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
Exceptional problem solving and communication skills.
Strong client facing and consulting skills.
Experience as a developer is must.
ServiceNow CSM implementation experience.
Understanding of CSM business domain and ability to translate it into practical ServiceNow solutions.
