‘Looking for hands on working experience in CSM including Customer Portal functionality — this is a mandatory skill. Experience with FSM and RSM is a plus‘

• Minimum of 7+ experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
• Exceptional problem solving and communication skills.
• Strong client facing and consulting skills.
• Experience as a developer is must.
