SERVICENOW PLATFORM ARCHITECT

Responsibilities

• Define architectural standards, patterns, guardrails, and governance for the ServiceNow platform.


• Ensure proper data modeling, CMDB alignment, and CSDM compliance.


• Provide architectural oversight for new modules, integrations, and enterprise workflows.


• Evaluate technical designs, review solution proposals, and provide recommendations.


• Collaborate with the Platform Manager to define platform strategy and roadmap.


• Produce high-quality architectural documentation and diagrams.


• Guide development and administration teams to ensure architecture compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5+ years of IM/IT experience, including 5+ years architecting solutions on ServiceNow.


• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
