ServiceNow QA/Test Lead (Manual)

We are hiring a ServiceNow QA/Test Lead (Manual) for a strategic enterprise client

Location: 100% Remote
Experience: 6+ years

Key Responsibilities:
️ Lead and coordinate QA efforts for ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, etc.)
️ Define test strategies and ensure full test coverage
️ Perform regression, exploratory and functional testing
️ Track and manage defects using JIRA/TestRail
️ Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams

Tech Environment:
ServiceNow, JIRA, TestRail, SQL, API Testing, Agile/Scrum, Web-based platforms
