Role Overview The ServiceNow SAM Developer is responsible for designing, configuring, and enhancing Software Asset Management (SAM) capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. This role focuses on translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions that automate and optimize the software asset lifecycle, from discovery and normalization through reconciliation and compliance reporting.
