ServiceNow SME / Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Design, develop, and administer ServiceNow platform solutions to meet business and IT needs

• Lead implementations and enhancements across ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, Service Catalog, Workflows, and Flow Designer

• Design and implement Service Portal , widgets, themes, and user experience enhancements

• Implement Reports, Dashboards, KPIs, and Performance Analytics

• Manage ServiceNow version upgrades, patching, update sets , and regression/ATF coordination

• Configure and integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub

• Configure and support Virtual Agent, Chatbot, Agent Workspace, Flow Designer, and ATF
