Your key responsibilities

• Defining scope and providing technical advisory services to assist clients implementing a ServiceNow program of work
• Understanding client requirements and translating these into workable system solutions, creating architecture design documentation and ServiceNow roadmaps
• Creating and maintaining Platform Implementation Roadmaps and provide hands-on assistance with the detailed design and implementation approach of selected engagements
• Demonstrating product and technical leadership on ServiceNow engagements
