Job Description
Overview
The Solution Sales Consultant will support the growth of the ServiceNow business by acting as a trusted solution advisor during the sales cycle. The role focuses on understanding customer business challenges, mapping them to ServiceNow capabilities, and supporting pre-sales activities to help close opportunities. This position works closely with sales, delivery, and partner teams to articulate value, demonstrate solutions, and ensure proposed solutions meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team throughout the pre-sales lifecycle, including opportunity qualification, solution positioning, and proposal development
- Understand customer business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solution designs
- Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops tailored to customer use cases
- Assist in developing solution architectures, scope definitions, and effort estimates
