Job Description

Crossfuze is looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our pre-sales team. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform who will be able to demonstrate the value of ServiceNow as it relates to specific needs of customers and prospects. Once the value has been communicated, you will need to collaborate with customers to scope out their initiative and recommend a solution to move forward leveraging our Crossfuze Delivery team as needed to craft the solution. 
This position is fully remote, candidates for this role must be located in Canada with working PST or MST as a preference. 
Position Responsibilities:
ServiceNow subject matter expert to provide business and solutions consultancy to our customers and prospects
Perform pre-sales support calls by attending customer meetings with Crossfuze Account Executives that may include a formal presentation or product demo
