We are seeking a ServiceNow Specialist with expertise in CSM and ITSM implementation, including Domain Separation and Flow Designer, with 4 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for daily administration, ensuring platform security, and optimising overall platform performance. You will configure workflows, support users, and implement enhancements that improve service delivery. The role requires strong expertise in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM/HRSD/SecOps) and hands-on skills with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for scripting and configurations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain platform stability and drive continuous improvement.
