At Aoop An NTT DATA Company , we are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant – ITOM to develop and evolve solutions on the ServiceNow platform, supporting customers in digital transformation journeys.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

• Configurar o ServiceNow ITOM para descobrir e inventariar equipamentos de TI como computadores, switches, servidores e aplicações na rede dos clientes.
• Automatizar a gestão de configurações e CMDB utilizando o ServiceNow ITOM e ITSM.
• Instalar e configurar a monitoração de TI utilizando o ServiceNow ITOM.
• Configurar o ServiceNow ITOM com ambientes em nuvem como AWS, GCP, Azure e OCI.
• Configurar integrações do ServiceNow AIOps com soluções como Zabbix, Dynatrace, Datadog, Netcool, TrueSight, SolarWinds, SCCM, SCOM, entre outras.
