ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Hire type: Contractual for 5 months with possibility of extension

Shift Time: Night-shift (US Time)

Job Requirement:

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, capabilities, and integrations.
• Strong level of knowledge of multiple ServiceNow applications, enterprise software experience.
• Strong understanding of one or more ServiceNow Industry solutions.
• Familiarity with CSDM, CMDB best practices, and ITIL® processes.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Agentic AI capabilities, including Now Assist, and relative business value propositions.
• Experience in creating persuasive solutions and offerings documents, diagrams, customer value proposals.
