Description and Requirements

* Must have 6-8 years of experience in the ServiceNow platform.
* Must have hands-on experience with ITSM, CSM, Portals, and Scoped Applications.
* Must be proficient in integrations (Inbound/Outbound).
* Must have strong communication skills and experience in client handling.
* Must be able to mentor junior developers in the team.
* Must be based in Bengaluru.
