Job Description

                    Experience: 8-12 years in ServiceNow, with at least 5 years in a techno-functional or architectural role. 
Should understand Architecture, Database and design and develop new requirement. 
Integration technologies: REST, SOAP, MID Server, APIs, ETL methods.Lead end-to-end functional and technical design for ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CSM, FSM, CMDB, ITOM, SecOps, HRSD, and ITAM. 
Conduct stakeholder workshops and translate business requirements into solution blueprints, user stories, acceptance criteria, Visio/architecture diagrams, and functional specs. 
Architect and implement robust integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub) with third-party systems like LDAP, AD, SAP, Workday, using APIs and ETL. 
Establish governance frameworks, best practices, coding standards, and Design Authority processes to enforce architectural integrity and platform scalability.
