ServiceNow Tester

**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **ServiceNow Tester** to join our team in **Lexington Park, MD** . This is a **hybrid** role with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.

The ServiceNow Tester will ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of the ServiceNow platform through the comprehensive execution of manual and automated testing protocols

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**

+ Establish comprehensive test objectives, define project scope, and determine acceptance criteria for ServiceNow applications.
+ Develop and maintain test cases, scenarios, and scripts for various ServiceNow modules.
+ Execute functional, regression, system integration, and performance testing to validate platform enhancements and upgrades.
+ Identify, document, and report platform defects and anomalies using established tracking tools to ensure quality standards.
