ServiceNow Transition Project Manager

Lead the transition of individuals and teams from legacy IT systems into ServiceNow, managing the people, process, and adoption aspects of change. Experience with CMDB is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end transition from legacy systems to ServiceNow, with a strong focus on user adoption and behavioural change
• Engage with teams and individuals who currently own or operate legacy tools to understand impacts to roles, responsibilities, and ways of working
• Define and manage transition plans covering operating model changes, ownership, and new ServiceNow-based processes
• Coordinate data migration and validation activities, ensuring users trust and adopt the new ServiceNow platform
• Establish governance, data ownership, and accountability models within ServiceNow
