主な業務は以下の通りです。

・ServiceNowソリューションの導入や移行に関するアドバイザリー業務

・ServiceNow導入プロジェクトでの要件定義、設計から実装までの支援または案件のリード

・市場や最新の技術動向を把握し、お客様の課題解決や戦略を実現するためのロードマップを策定

・技術的なアドバイザーとして導入・移行などのプロジェクトを支援

・キンドリルの当該領域のビジネス拡大のためのソリューション開発の支援

**Who You Are**

必要な経験・スキル

・ServiceNowのITSMおよびITOMソリューションに関するコンサルティング業務またはアーキテクト・エンジニアとしての導入・構築・移行業務の経験（最低1年以上）

・優れたコミュニケーションスキル、プレゼンテーションスキル

・お客様の課題や要件を整理し、課題解決を推進する課題解決スキル
