The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) is responsible for providing leadership and management support, coordinating and implementing high-quality, integrated HIV prevention, testing and treatment services for children, adolescents, adults and pregnant and lactating women in EGPAF-supported sites. He/she provides technical supervision and capacity building of health workers to ensure the provision of quality, effective and quantifiable services, while integrating these services with other primary health care services in health facilities and in the community.
