Job Role : Managed Services Engineer – Geneos

Location: Singapore
Experience: 3–5 Years

Role Overview:
Support and manage Geneos monitoring platform to ensure real-time performance visibility and system stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Geneos Gateway and Netprobes
• Develop and manage monitoring rules, alerts, and dashboards
• Perform troubleshooting and incident resolution
• Support integration with other monitoring and ticketing tools
• Conduct health checks and performance optimization

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in Geneos administration/support
• Strong understanding of monitoring frameworks
• Experience in financial services environments is an advantage
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems
