  • Handling targeted clients by following predefined contracts and an established framework of conditions.
  • Providing logistical support for assigned operations.
  • Supporting project management activities as required.
  • Coordinating the logistics of helicopters transporting OFSEs to offshore platforms.
  • Acting as the single point of contact for the customer to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns related to support services within the assigned region, product line, or coverage area.
  • Maintaining knowledge of the assigned region, coverage area, or product lines and their associated configurations, installations, and requirements, while serving as the primary gateway to internal functions to support customer needs.
