Customer Service and Sales
· Managing direct walk-in customers, providing information about insurance products and services
· Handling enquiries including NCD, MMIP, complaints and claims from customers
· Manage issuance and reporting for MyEG transactions, including processing of road tax renewals (if applicable)
· Responsible to manage and meet the counter's sales target
· Boost up sales of personal line product in achieving the set target
· Responsible in monitoring counter's customers retention
Operational support
· Handling business transactions, collection of premium payments, and issuance of receipts at branch level
· Process cancellations, endorsements, refunds, and non-motor policy e-cover notes
· Prepare daily sales report, ensuring end-of-day balancing of and banking in money in accordance with company procedures
· Conduct daily recording of cash, cheques and receipts
