Job Description

Do you have a desire, a passion, to serve the Lord in a cross-cultural environment overseas, over a longer time period, but don’t feel called to live full-time overseas? Do you want to have a greater impact for the Lord and in the lives of others in another part of the world, using your gifts, training, and life experience? If you are, then ACTION is looking for people like you, and has two great options for you to consider.


  • 3 year commitment – serving overseas for a few weeks to a few months each year for 3 successive years, with the same missionary and/or ministry. Going to minister with the same missionary and/or ministry for even a few weeks each year, allows you to build on the previous trips and make a greater impact for the Lord and in the lives you interact with – deepening relationships, adding more effectiveness in lives and ministry activities, and making a greater impact on your own life.
