The Bachelor of Education Program in the School of Education invites applications for sessional faculty to supervise teacher candidates in the role of Faculty Mentor. The School of Education has multiple positions available in both Elementary and Secondary (STEM/BETT) Education Programs. Should an applicant meet the criteria for both positions, they may be considered for more than one contract. Faculty Mentors work with Teacher Mentors and Teacher Candidates in practica settings to facilitate communication and professional growth.  Individuals assist with problem-solving, observe students’ teaching and provide feedback, support the team-building process and participate in meetings.
