About the Role

The Settlement HR Lead on the VM portfolio plays a pivotal role in supporting and managing the Human Resource needs of each boards and portfolios related to settlement of new jamati members in BC. This role ensures that the volunteer recruitment processes are aligned with institutional guidelines, in collaboration with the Member for Volunteer Management on Council, Deputy, and the Local Executive Manager of Volunteer Resource Management.
