Job Description

                    To liaising with relevant parties i.e. other sections, other departments, counterparties, regulators, to obtain information for clients.
To response client’s queries with efficiency and correctly.   
To check and ensure FX arrangement for clients in compliance with the Bank of Thailand’s regulations.
To coach and monitor each team member to have good understanding of global custodian clients and to provide excellent settlement services to clients.
To closely monitoring daily settlement transactions being executed as per customers’ instructions and with sufficient stocks and funds.  In case of settlement problem, ensure to advise customer the reasons of non-executed transactions with proposed practical solution to minimize fail trades.
To assist team in negotiating with counterparties to best protect our clients’ interest when there is any conflict or problem in confirming the trades.
