+ To liaising with relevant parties i.e. other sections, other departments, counterparties, regulators, to obtain information for clients.
+ To response client’s queries with efficiency and correctly.
+ To check and ensure FX arrangement for clients in compliance with the Bank of Thailand’s regulations.
+ To coach and monitor each team member to have good understanding of global custodian clients and to provide excellent settlement services to clients.
+ To closely monitoring daily settlement transactions being executed as per customers’ instructions and with sufficient stocks and funds. In case of settlement problem, ensure to advise customer the reasons of non-executed transactions with proposed practical solution to minimize fail trades.
