Job Description

Mag-house to house visit sa Home Credit clients to negotiate and collect payments

• Does door to door visits to clients for debt collection efforts
• Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
• Handle questions or complaints of client for his/her outstanding balance
• Meet company target for recoveries

You know you are the perfect fit if you have the following:

• Means of doing field visits (Motorcycle, Bicycle, e-Bike, Car, etc.)
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• At least High School Graduate or finished Grade 10
• Driving experience
• Skill in skip tracing
• Interpersonal skills
• Communication skills
