SF Integration & Reporting Lead/Functional Designer

Job Description: Drive the design and delivery of integration and reporting solutions across a complex, global enterprise operating across multiple business clusters, legal entities, and joint ventures. The role will lead all aspects of system integration, data flows, and reporting architecture across multiple SAP SuccessFactors instances, legacy systems, and fragmented HR tools, ensuring seamless connectivity, accurate data exchange, and actionable insights for business decision-making. Key Responsibilities: 1. Integration Strategy & Architecture Define and own the integration strategy and architecture across multiple SuccessFactors instances and connected systems.
