SFA System Support

Location: Parañaque City
Work Setup: Onsite (1st month), then Hybrid (3x onsite/week)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Saturday work if needed)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Force Automation (SFA) Support / Trainer who will handle end-user training, front-end system support, testing, deployment, and reporting for sales users. The role works closely with distributors, sales representatives, and L2/L3 technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver training materials and conduct training for new SFA users
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for front-end systems
• Deploy, test, and support system updates, patches, and change requests
• Provide day-to-day user support via phone, email, and Viber (local language)
• Handle SFA/DMS-related inquiries and create tickets as needed
• Prepare and upload Monthly Coverage Plans (MCP)
