SFCC QA Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an SFCC QA Engineer to ensure quality across enterprise Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations. The role spans functional testing, automation, and release validation, working closely with SFCC developers, product, UX, and DevOps teams to deliver stable, production-ready commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end QA for SFCC (SFRA / SiteGenesis)
• Test core commerce flows: catalog, pricing, promotions, cart, checkout, payments, orders
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
• Build and maintain UI and/or API automation for key regression scenarios
• Validate third-party integrations (payment gateways, OMS, ERP, CRM)
• Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing
• Support release sign-off and production sanity checks
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and defect triage
