Responsibilities

• Be a part of Sales Force Effectiveness and CRM team
• Managing CRM Operations
• Trouble shoot Issues with CRM
• Event Management Database management and Analytics
• Handling CRM processes like cycle planning and addressing CRM issues through tickets sent to the team
• Support in data analysis and provide input
