About the Role We are looking for an Analog Hardware Intern to contribute to the design and validation of high performance analogmixed signal circuits in our compute in memory architecture This role offers hands on experience in advanced silicon design Responsibilities Assist with schematic design simulation and layout of analog circuits Perform transistor level simulations using industry standard tools Support silicon validation test chip bring up and performance measurements Work closely with the analog team to analyze and improve circuit performance Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline Strong foundation in analog circuit theory device physics and CMOS design Experience with EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso Spectre or HSPICE Familiarity with lab equipment eg oscilloscope signal generators is a plus Detail oriented analytical and eager to work in a lab or simulation environment Salary Range S20 50hr
