Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as an evangelist for IT solutions across key areas such as operations, security, help desk, desktop management, and networks.
• Engage with customers (IT Managers, Administrators, Engineers) and partners to understand their needs and recommend suitable ManageEngine products, working closely with Account Managers.
