We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Trading Floor IT Support. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our trading floor operations, ensuring the smooth running of our systems and applications. You will act as the first point of contact for all trading floor IT issues, aiming to resolve all desktop issues whilst delivering world-class customer satisfaction. Based on the Trading Floor, you will work closely with other areas of Group IT to ensure incidents are resolved as quickly as possible and escalate any problems that could affect multiple users.

Responsibilities:
