JOB TITLE: Insurance Compliance & Training Specialist (Contract)

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre- and post-sale insurance business reviews for select independent licensed insurance agents, including new agents, special supervision agents, and agents under investigation
• Initiate, review, track, and report client and agent file reviews in compliance with department policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare reports identifying statistics, trends, and training opportunities for field agents
• Provide corrective coaching and training to agents to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Escalate issues to management as appropriate
