Job Descriptions:

• Implement students' IEP goals to facilitate academic progress and manage classroom behaviour.
• Adapt materials and provide necessary prompts for students' learning needs.
• Maintain daily documentation and report of students' progress to teaching team.
• Guide students to stay focused on tasks, complete assignments, and understand teacher's instructions.
• Provide reinforcements for positive behaviors and implement behavior management techniques during challenging moments.
• Modify or adapt instructional materials to match the students' learning needs.
• Ensure students' physical and emotional safety throughout the day.

Education Requirements:

• Minimum SPM (3 Credits) or equivalent.
• Experience in Teaching & Learning is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of classroom management, teaching pedagogies, and communication in a school setting.
