Shadow Teacher for Special Needs/ Up to S$1,900 / Chua Chu Kang

Job Description General Duties:
The Shadow Teacher will provide behavioral, social, and academic support to identified special needs pupils, both at school and home when necessary.
The Shadow Teacher will need to create a customized individual execution plan for each identified pupil, covering classroom behavior, social skills, and academics. A weekly report on each pupil's progress will be submitted to the teacher in charge.
The Shadow Teacher will need to collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure effective implementation of the individual plans and reinforce social skills and routines learned.
The Shadow Teacher will need to develop appropriate materials tailored to the needs of each student.
The Shadow Teacher will conduct a sharing session/workshop with relevant teachers and other sessions with the parents of the selected students.
