A dynamic Mining Company based in North West has the perfect opportunity for an experienced Shaft Rock Engineer. The role will be responsible for providing the shaft with specialist rock engineering services and expertise that forms part of the MRM department. The work focus timeframe is one year to life of mine. Demonstrated ability to perform in an operational environment.
The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
•5 – 10 Years’ experience as a Strata Control Officer in a mining operations environment
•Underground mining experience
•NHD, B. Tech or BSc (Mining Engineering, Geology, Geosciences)
•COM Rock Mechanics Certificate [for Metalliferous Mines]
