Shape a New Nurture Base: HLTA Leader

Much Wenlock Primary School is looking for a skilled and compassionate HLTA to join our team in preparation for a new, purpose-built Inclusion Base opening in September 2026. This role is vital in shaping the environment to support children needing a nurturing learning space.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Headteacher and other professionals to deliver high-quality, small-group teaching aimed at closing learning gaps. This role is rooted in the principles of NurtureUK and focuses on developing trusting partnerships with families.
