A well-established group of companies involve with construction and real estate business in Cebu City is looking for a Shared Services Manager as part of its local expansion

Key Responsibilities
In general, the SSM will be responsible for developing and implementing the group's shared services vision, strategies, policies, and procedures that will help support the group's business growth and efficiency across the organization.
Specifically, the SSM will be expected to:
Develop and implement the shared services framework, strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the overall business objectives of the organization.
Manage the build-up of capacities vis-à-vis anticipated volume of transactions of subsidiaries and affiliates in collaboration with the Operating Units.
