JOB SUMMARY:

The main responsibility of this job is to assist in  establishing and  implementing  systems that facilitates the entire process of preparing important reports and earnings statements by gathering, documenting data and reviewing reports for regulatory compliance. Specifically, collecting, preparing, verifying, and reporting financial information in an accurate and timely manner. This job also entails responsibility in the  preparation of board reports, year-end audit and the support of budget and forecast activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end closing reports
• Supports budget and forecasting activities
• Monitors and analyses department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy
