SharePoint Architect

We’re looking for a hands on SharePoint Architect to design, solution, and lead delivery of modern digital workplaces on Microsoft 365—anchored in SharePoint Online, Viva Connections, and Microsoft Purview. You’ll translate business outcomes into secure, scalable architectures; guide SPFx and low code customizations; and ensure compliance by design with Purview governance, DLP, records management, and eDiscovery capabilities. You’ll partner with product owners, security, and engineering to ship experiences that employees love—and that risk and audit teams trust.Key Responsibilities• Own end to end architecture for SharePoint Online solutions: information architecture, site topology, navigation, multilingual strategy, search, personalization, performance, and resilience—grounded in M365 reference architectures.• Architect and implement Viva Connections as the front door to the digital workplace in Teams: home site strategy, dashboard/app cards, audience targeting, news syndication...
