Summary
 
 As a SharePoint Design & Change Management Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the discovery, design, and rollout of modern SharePoint solutions that directly support business outcomes. You’ll combine technical expertise with strong change management practices to ensure solutions are not only delivered but successfully adopted and sustained. By creating measurable, documented, and repeatable processes, you will enable teams to unlock the full potential of Microsoft 365 technologies.
What you’ll do
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to design and deliver modern SharePoint experiences—including intranets, hubs, site information architecture, permissions, lifecycle management, and governance frameworks—while leveraging out-of-the-box Microsoft 365 capabilities.
