• As Shari’ah Advisor, decide, approve, and supervise all Shari’ah-related matters of EBL, and remain accountable for all Shari’ah decisions, rulings, and Fatawa issued.
• Support management, Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Risk teams on Shariah-related matters.
• Develop, maintain, and oversee a comprehensive Shari’ah Governance & compliance framework covering all products, services, operations, processes, and activities of the IBO-EBL.
