SHE and Operational Risk Coördinator (32-40 hpw)

Step into the role of SHE & Operational Risk Coördinator and make an impact! In this dynamic position, you will combine safety management with operational support, directly contributing to a safe, healthy, and sustainable working environment. You will develop and monitor SHE programs that meet both legal requirements and business objectives. This includes conducting Risk Inventories (RI&E) and Task Risk Analyses (TRA), organizing SHE audits and safety walks, and implementing continuous improvements.

• You will play a key role in promoting safety awareness by organizing SHE training sessions, campaigns, and workshops, ensuring that safety becomes a fundamental part of our organizational culture.
