SHE & Construction Project Engineer (Project-based)

The SHE & Construction Project Engineer has overall responsibility for managing Safety, Health, Environment and Construction activities related to the factory masterplan, to achieve full compliance & excellence from start to finish. He or she works with the site SHE and project teams to develop the strategies and improvements plans to achieve sustainable SHE excellence – avoiding & reducing injuries, illnesses, and environmental impact as measured in the core KPIs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Formulate SHE plans and develop lead indicators for safety performance management of masterplan project – covers construction and other disciplines of the project – mechanical and electrical.
• Support the project manager in monitoring overall project SHE performance in line with the SHE plans and performance indicators, while taking timely and effective corrective actions as needed.
